Data Engineer
Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

·       Designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces between hospital's and various healthcare information systems

·       This role will require to work on error handling including creating/modifications of error work queues

·       This resource needs to work on content management activities

·       Ability to understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirements

·       Requirement gathering with the client stakeholders and IT teams

·       Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders

·       Work with end-users to help communicate enhancements/improvements needed for business processes

·       Provide outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care

·       Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.

Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with experience in Azure Cloud.

·       Excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc.

·       Understanding of Agile development methodologies

·       Experience with Business concepts, processes, information, and data

·       Exceptional problem-solving skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to story tell"

·       Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Limited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

·       Knowledge of development, testing, deployment, and management·       Experience in programming languages like Python·       Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulations that impact hospitals and clinics preferred
