We are looking for Data Engineer who has strong passion in building and maintaining Big Data pipelines. This role provides opportunity to work on the latest technologies with the best talents in networking, big data, cloud infrastructure and data science.

What you'll do:
Responsibilities

Understand the overall architecture of the data flow in the data pipelineBuild and Maintain data pipelines for PoCs/Analytics/Data SciencePrepare, maintain and optimize data using automation for easier consumption as per team's dynamic requirementsResponsible for data reliability, efficiency, and qualityManage multiple cloud environmentsResearch and Develop tools for cloud infrastructureCollaborate with other teams for data pipeline issues and resolutionFlexible in timings to work with global teamsProvide guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members

What you need to bring :

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)6-10 years of experience

Knowledge and Skills

Understanding of big data pipelines and distributed computingHands-on experience in building or maintaining data solutions using Kafka/Spark/Hadoop/ArangoDB or similar technologies in public and hybrid cloud environments.Exposure to Visualization toolsBasic statistical analysis analysis skillsExperience working in any of the cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure and GCP.Experience in one or more of programming/scripting languages such as Scala/Java/PythonExposure to Node.js, Kubernetes/Docker/Containers, Message queues, NoSQL Databases, Hadoop architecture, ElasticSearch, Cloud platforms (such as AWS Cloud, Azure, GCP, Data Center software) is a plusExperience in using CI/CD pipelines Good knowledge in Linux and shell scriptingGood understanding of networking technologies and agile software developmentAbility to learn new technologies quicklyStrong analytical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
