Your impact on the team: As a Data Engineer, you are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions that support the organization’s analytical and operational needs. This role involves overseeing data architecture, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data services that drive informed decision-making. What you will be doing: You will design scalable data architecture. Responsible for developing data models and schema designs. Enhance database performance, data systems and queries. Ability to build data pipelines and to optimize ETL processes. Enforce data quality standards and to implement data governance frameworks. Generate reports and dashboards for data operations We’re looking for someone with: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology or related field. Expertise in Data warehousing concepts. Overall, 3-5 years of experience using Informatica/IICS, Alteryx etc. Good experience in Oracle, PL-SQL, SQL server/Business Intelligence / ERP Sales / Data modelling Strong hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting, spark, python and scala on data engineering.
