Data Engineer
Description About the Role: We're seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare analytics products. As a Data Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing our data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow of data from diverse sources to actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Data Engineering: + Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Apache Spark and other relevant technologies. + Extract, transform, and load (ETL) complex healthcare datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency. + Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. + Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Data Analysis and Insights: + Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. + Develop data profiling and quality methodologies to ensure data accuracy and reliability. + Support data-driven decision-making by providing insightful data visualizations and reports. Cloud Infrastructure: + Leverage cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) to deploy and manage data pipelines and infrastructure. + Utilize containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and scalability. Collaboration and Innovation: + Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. + Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering trends and technologies. + Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
