Job DescriptionAct as the interface between Ops business and IT to translate the business requirement into performance specifications.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into business performance metrics.
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
Support in the automation project implementation in software design and data integration.
This position will drive consulting skills, and change management processes and take primary responsibility for the implementation of data analysis within organizations and its associated value streams.
Project management & business process management tools and system.
QualificationsAdvanced manufactory working experience with relational databases, automation data integration, and query authoring as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role, who has earned a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
3+ years working experience in data analytics and automation project skills in the advanced manufacturing environment.
Experience in visualization tools and data analytics tools.
Experience in SQL, MS Access, Python,Google Script is plus.
Experience in analyzing streaming data and relational databases.
Experience new data acquisition technology skill in data warehouse and data lake.
Manufactory IoT and automation experience are preferred.
A mindset of continuously challenging your peers and yourself.
Fluent speaking and writing in English.
