Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Infrastructure Automation team. We have over 70 million customers, and developers all over the world rely on our storage, compute, and virtualized services via Amazon Web Services. Our success depends on our world-class network and hardware infrastructure, handling massive scale and rapid integration of emergent technologies. Our goal is to become The Infrastructure Platform for the world. The Infrastructure Automation team is responsible for delivering the software that powers our infrastructure.

ResponsibilitiesWork in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments.Develop and support analytic technologies that provide customers with timely, flexible, and structured access to their data.Design and implement a platform using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, and building reports and dashboards in Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).Collaborate with business customers to understand their requirements and implement solutions to support analytical and reporting needs.Essential Skills7 years of related experience.Strong development experience with notable BI reporting tools, particularly Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).Experience developing complex and a variety of reports.Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with large, complex data sets.Good knowledge of SQL.Ability to partner with business owners directly to understand their requirements and provide data to help them observe patterns and spot anomalies.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong OBIEE reporting experience.Proficient SQL skills.Work Environment

Work within a world-class network and hardware infrastructure handling massive scale and rapid integration of emergent technologies. The role involves working with both third-party and in-house reporting tools. Dress code and specific hours or shifts are not detailed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
