About the Role

You will perform research, design, and data engineering assignments. You  will be joining our global team that is responsible for supporting 4 key global areas to ensure that each business unit is functioning at optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities

Owning a group of data transfer collection setup, data transfer setup, contributor and customer setupInterfacing with other technical personnel or team members to document, interpret, and finalize requirementsProducing code that is efficient, repeatable, without defects, and adherent to best practicesWriting and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of data componentsCompleting data engineering bug fixes and issues, researching and identifying root causes as appropriateIdentifying opportunities to apply automation or other tools to improve effectiveness or efficiencyCollaborating internally to understand product requirements and translate them into data engineering and/or data management designsOverseeing specific database management ensuring structure and data flow adheres to department standardsWorking closely with other engineering team members to understand data and translate requirementsOperating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders

Requirements

Demonstrate good experience in data management area with a technical competenciesDisplay file management skillsBe able to work with data modelsShow proficiency in development languages including but not limited to: SQL, Python, RAWS redshift experience would be ideal but any cloud experience would be fine as wellNeed knowledge of Industry best practices and code coverageDisplay knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Show excellent knowledge of data manipulation languages
