As a lead data engineer in the CRM Direct Acquisition Experience organization, you'll support a talented team of data scientists on Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) AI / Machine Learning (ML) experiments that drive personalization in the Direct Quote flow driving close to $5M sales / year. In this highly visible role, you'll design, build, and deploy real time data pipelines, engineer ML model features and infrastructure to support model monitoring, CI/CD deployment, and model serving via API.
This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of five years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications. In lieu of degree, minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.Preferred skills
Highly proficient in Python and Linux shell scripting to build and support large scale batch and RTD streaming pipelines for use by ML/AI solutions (e.g., Prefect, Tecton, Snowflake, AWS S3)Experience supporting the AI model lifecycle by building and monitoring enterprise AI/ML infrastructure solutions leveraging Cloud Platforms (AWS CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, MLFlow, Azure OpenAI services), Infrastructure as Code/GitOps tooling (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD automation for real-time ML use cases (e.g., Jenkins or Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms to a variety of audiences.Passionate about innovating with cutting-edge technologies and owning end to end projects that evolve the data engineering landscapeCompensation
