Kforce has a client local to Salt Lake City, UT that is looking for a Data Engineer to join their team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade platforms that enable data-driven solutions. Your contributions will help deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative data solutions. Responsibilities: * Develop and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade data platforms * Automate infrastructure to support data-driven solutions * Ensure systems are highly available and optimized for performance * Monitor applications to maintain consistent uptime * Research and test new tools and technologies * Analyze business needs and design technical solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues * Identify and implement technical improvements * Develop, test, and modify software to enhance data platform efficiency * Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, iteration retrospectives, and team demos * Coordinate with data operations teams to deploy production changes * Support QA and testing efforts on data projects * Serve in rotation to provide production support * Act as a technical resource for IT projects * Perform other duties as assigned
