Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy machine learning models for network management and monitoring. Utilize large language models (LLMs) to enhance network data insights and drive AI-based solutions. Lead chatbot integration and contribute to the overall AI-driven strategy for the company. Take ownership of AI/ML projects, leading the direction of future AI initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams (150-200 engineers) to push models into production. Own and lead AI-driven solutions in a greenfield role, making a significant impact on company initiatives. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Engineering roles. Strong understanding of machine learning principles and data science methodologies. Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI), large language models (LLMs), and deploying machine learning models into production. Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java is preferred. Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and the Google Cloud ecosystem. Familiarity with statistical and scientific computing, including tools like R or MATLAB. Expertise in LLMs, including fine-tuning, RAG, NLP, and knowledge graphs. Practical experience encoding data for LLM reasoning and solving network-related challenges. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
