Our Client, a Property And Casualty Insurance company, is looking for a Data Entry 1- Risk Engineering Services Associate for their Dallas, TX location. Responsibilities: + The main function of a Risk Engineering Services Associate - Data Entry 1 is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing accurate information documentation and personal project management. + Perform general office duties such as internet research for specific information, updating record management systems, and performing basic data entry with high quality results. + Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. + File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and report in various proprietary systems. + Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Requirements: + Verbal and written communication skills, + multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently with good time management skills. + Ability to keep information organized and confidential. + Excellent computer skills are a must, experience with applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and OneNote is preferred. + High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years’ experience required.
