Data Entry 1- Risk Engineering Services Associate
Description We are in search of a meticulous and efficient Data Entry 1- Risk Engineering Services Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Data Entry 1- Risk Engineering Services Associate, your primary role will be to provide administrative support, conduct research, manage information requests, and ensure precise documentation of information. This role also extends to project management duties. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry with high-quality results • Conduct thorough internet research for specific information • Maintain and update record management systems • Prepare a variety of documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports in various proprietary systems • Respond to correspondence containing routine inquiries • Manage personal projects effectively • Maintain confidentiality of information • Offer customer service in line with company standards • Review and maintain customer credit records • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service • Strong Data Entry skills • Experience with Office Functions • Ability to handle Documentation tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Capability to provide Training • Strong Research abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word • Quality control skills • Ability to Review and assess documents • Project Management experience • Knowledge of About Time software • Internet savvy • Ability to handle Correspondence • Understanding of Financial Statements • Basic knowledge of Engineering principles • Familiarity with Conductivity measures • Exceptional Time Management skills • Excellent Interpersonal Skills • Computer Skills • Ability to work Onsite • Proficient Written Communication skills • Experience in preparing Invoices • Knowledge of OneNote software • Ability to Prepare Responses to queries and complaints.
