Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Level 2 individual in the Insurance industry, located in Jersey City, New Jersey. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the accurate data entry and verification of policy information using our proprietary systems. You will also be expected to handle customer inquiries and manage your own projects while meeting quality and production goals. Responsibilities: • Accurately enter and verify policy information via proprietary computer systems • Review and transfer client data from one proprietary system to another • Ensure the accurate entry of existing data and the addition of appropriate coverages • Liaise with agents and internal customers to address referral reasons and instances • Meet quality and production goals within set timeframes • Correct any errors identified by the team specialist or trainer within 24 hours • Use Microsoft Office tools for email communication and tracking • Manage your own projects and work schedule effectively • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve set objectives • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks • Follow established procedures and processes diligently • Research policy information as needed using proprietary systems • Update existing tracking documents and manage your calendar effectively. Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proven experience in data entry • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of standard procedures and policies • Ability to conduct and interpret research • Expertise in Microsoft Word • Strong focus on quality and review • Experience in project management • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook • Understanding of insurance policies and procedures • Proficiency in 'About Time' software • Experience in production environments • Skills in creating and managing spreadsheets • Ability to manage calendars effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites • Experience in verification processes • Knowledge of various operating systems, specifically Windows OS • Strong interpersonal skills • Familiarity with computer systems • Knowledge of R Code is a plus • Availability to work onsite • Excellent written communication skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
