Data Entry

Responsible for operating data entry devices to accurately verify and input data into designated systems.

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. 0 to 2 years of related experience in data entry or similar roles. Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (may be required). Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with data entry processes and documentation practices. Experience in handling large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Job Responsibilities: Enter data from source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into designated systems using keyboards or scanners. Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before final entry. Identify and correct errors in data or report discrepancies to supervisors. Compare entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and make corrections as needed. Maintain logs of daily tasks, activities, and completed work for record-keeping purposes.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
