Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry specialist in OKC, Oklahoma, United States. Your primary responsibilities will involve researching, interpreting, and maintaining data, documents, and municipal processes related to commercial properties. You will be expected to foster positive relationships with municipal contacts while working proactively to meet client needs. Responsibilities • Analyze and review data related to commercial properties • Use online resources to identify commercial properties, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information • Follow management guidelines to complete tasks in a timely manner • Manage and preserve important documents • Determine necessary requests, complete and submit them according to municipal and department processes, and identify appropriate municipal contacts • Monitor requests to ensure they are processed in a timely manner • Use our database to enter information and notes • Maintain accurate, updated information in the database • Ensure data accuracy and make necessary updates • Conduct comprehensive research using online resources to obtain documents and information • Maintain accurate records of site cost transactions and notes • Coordinate FedEx mailings • Manage email workload effectively • Build and maintain positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors • Meet production targets • Communicate professionally at all times • Contribute to managing team workload as needed • Receive feedback and training to improve performance. Requirements • Applicant must possess strong Computer Research skills. • Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service is required. • Excellent Customer Service abilities are mandatory. • Proficiency in Data Gathering is essential. • Familiarity with various data entry software and tools. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education may be appreciated. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
