Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry role based in OKC, Oklahoma, United States. As a Data Entry specialist, you will be responsible for researching, interpreting, and maintaining commercial property data and documents. You will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with municipal contacts and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of data. Responsibilities: • Research and interpret commercial property data using online resources • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the database • Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts and team members • Manage and preserve documents related to commercial properties • Ensure accuracy of all data entries and update as necessary • Utilize the database to enter information and notes related to commercial property data • Monitor and manage email workload effectively • Coordinate FedEx mailings as required • Contribute to managing the team workload as needed • Receive feedback and training to improve performance in data entry and related tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Computer Research, with the ability to locate and interpret relevant data accurately and efficiently. • Experience in a Call Center Customer Service role, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. • Skilled in Data Gathering, with the aptitude to collect, collate, and interpret data accurately and effectively.
