Description We are providing an opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our team in OKC, Oklahoma, 73159. As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage, interpret and maintain data and documents related to commercial properties. You will be tasked with fostering constructive relationships with municipal contacts and proactively catering to client requirements. Responsibilities: • Analyze and review data related to commercial properties • Use online resources for locating commercial properties, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information • Manage and preserve necessary documents • Complete tasks within stipulated timelines following processes advised by management • Identify necessary requests, complete and submit them according to municipal and department processes • Monitor requests to ensure they are processed timely • Input information and notes into the database • Keep the database updated with accurate information • Conduct online research to obtain necessary documents and information • Maintain accurate site cost transactions and notes • Coordinate FedEx mailings and manage email workload efficiently • Build positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors • Meet production targets and manage team workload as required • Receive feedback and training to improve performance Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Computer Research, showing ability to find and analyze relevant data. • Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain business relationships. • Proficiency in Data Gathering, including skills in collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
