Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry / Analyst, remote in Fort Collins. In this role, you will be working in the Real Estate industry, focusing on tasks like reviewing lease documents, data entry, and variance analysis. Responsibilities: • Accurate review of lease documents in PDF format • Efficient data entry of critical information into Excel • Conducting variance analysis on a unit-by-unit basis to identify discrepancies • Ensuring data quality through meticulous checking and rechecking of work • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and SharePoint for various tasks • Managing documentation and lease terms effectively • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for various office functions • Handling paperwork associated with prospective tenants. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to manage, sort, and analyze data effectively. • Strong documentation skills, able to accurately record and maintain important data and information. • Understanding of lease terms and conditions, able to explain them clearly to prospective tenants. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create detail oriented documents and presentations. • Experience in handling office functions, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to manage paperwork meticulously, ensuring all documents are correctly filled out and filed. • Experience working with prospective tenants, capable of effectively communicating and addressing their queries.
