Data Entry Analyst - Operations
**Overview** The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and analyses used on an ongoing basis, as well as those needed for acute operational oversight. Reporting and analysis are focused on KPIs, SLAs, and service quality trends. The ideal candidate will be an experienced reporting analyst who is creative, analytical, and has experience communicating complex data sets into simple actionable formats for varying functions and at all levels of the organization. *The Operations Data Analyst position is a remote opportunity with up to 10% travel **Essential Functions** + Responsible for facility operations data entry and analytics, including routine and on-demand data entry and analysis. + Aggregate and analyze data to provide key insights for operational metrics. + Research, compile, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess performance. + Support Operational Leaders with actionable insights, on-demand dashboards, and project performance with market-based reporting. + Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop. + Develop, publish, and schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. + Provide end-user training, technical demonstrations, and presentations. **Qualifications – Education & Experience** **Education:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent related work experience. **Experience:** + Experience: 2+ years of related operations (airport/airline/facility) reporting experience with a quantitative and analytical orientation. + Experience researching and analyzing data, developing findings, and presenting recommendations into tailored briefings for various stakeholders. + Demonstrated experience configuring reporting dashboards. + Previous experience creating compelling visualizations for presentations. + Familiarity with cloud databases and Power BI required, experience using Power BI to build and maintain dashboards (preferred). + Proficient in Microsoft Office and various applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. **Qualifications – Other Skills, Abilities & Knowledge** **Professional Skills:** + Must possess excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to define a problem, generate potential solutions, and evaluate those solutions. + Ability to interact effectively with associates at all levels and effectively influence others to achieve positive results. + Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently with a high sense of urgency. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting. + Proactive approach to resolving problems and issues, involving the right people to work through complexities and identify potential solutions. + Proven ability to gather and present data to ops leadership in a simple, actionable format. + Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, planning and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize as needed. + A self-starter, strong sense of ownership and accountability, self-motivated, detail-minded, and possess a "no task is too small" attitude. + Strong customer orientation, professionalism, and courtesy. + A high standard of ethics and confidentiality to manage sensitive information. **Pay:** $28-32/hour The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
