Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry of data management in Medina, Ohio, United States. The role involves the position of a Data Entry Clerk 1, who will be instrumental in verifying and inputting data, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Utilize data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to input accurate information. • Identify and rectify data entry errors while reporting them to the relevant supervisors. • Analyze source documents like sales reports, bills, and checks for data entry. • Ensure the accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents or re-entering data in verification format. • Maintain a record of activities and completed work in logs. • Employ computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel in managing data. • Independently manage time and projects with strong documentation skills. • Use interpersonal skills in written communication while documenting and recording customer/client information. • Apply skills in sales analysis and reporting, and check processing. • Handle tasks involving scanning and photocopying documents. • Perform tasks related to SAP Fieldglass and cost analysis.
