Temporary position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30am)Provide customer support for our products by answering product related inquires from customers & the sales department.Technical support & customer service within the manufacturing industry.Respond by phone or email to requests for a price quotation, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, & cancellations directly from customers & sales reps.Assist with processing/fulfilling customers orders.Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong Microsoft Office, arithmetic, & keyboarding skills.Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining phone coverage.Self motivated & able to work with minimal supervision.Ability to speak with customers & colleagues.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
