Data Entry Clerk Location: New Rochelle, NY Work Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4 PM; Friday early release) Company Overview: Join our dynamic team in New Rochelle, NY! Job Summary: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining our company’s data with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring information is captured quickly and correctly. Key Responsibilities: + Enter and update data into our database and systems with a high degree of accuracy. + Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring easy access to information. + Review and verify information for completeness and correctness. + Assist in generating reports and tracking data trends as needed. + Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to data entry. + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy policies. + Provide support to other departments as required and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. + Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred. + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. + Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications: + Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian is a significant plus. + Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
