Responsibilities:Enter data into databases or Excel spreadsheets.Use specialized systems such as the Environmental Management System (EMS), Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS), and Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS).Collaborate with regional subject matter experts to ensure compliance with procedures for regulatory applications.Manage a high volume of work within tight deadlines and handle changing priorities effectively.Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Quickly learn new systems and processes while demonstrating problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks.Perform clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, organizing, and stamping paperwork.Prepare, fax, and confirm documents as needed.Assist with other office duties as required.Qualifications:A High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role handling administrative and data entry tasks.Experience with the Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS) for at least 1 year.Experience using the Electronic Records Keeping System (ERKS) for at least 1 year.Familiarity with the Environmental Management System (EMS) for at least 1 year.Previous experience working within a Public Sector organization for at least 1 year.Experience in secure electronic document exchanges between stakeholders for at least 1 year.
