Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Austin, Texas. This role is in the manufacturing industry, where you will be working with customer orders, inventory systems, and distribution centers. Responsibilities: • Accurate data entry and updates to orders in a timely manner. • Coordinate with customers for order tracking and make necessary adjustments. • Prepare detailed federal forms for the exportation of goods from the US. • Work closely with Sales Operations department and internal shipping teams for order fulfillment. • Monitor and process order fulfillment and acknowledgement in a timely manner. • Maintain and update sales orders in the ERP system. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as necessary. • Work independently with a strong attention to detail. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and template usage. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry operations with a keen attention to detail • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite applications • Familiarity with creating and using templates for data entry • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset • High school diploma or equivalent education level • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
