Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.Process and verify financial data entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Organize and store physical and digital records for easy retrieval and secure access.Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and analysis needs.Generate, analyze, and distribute financial reports as required.Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding data and documentation.Follow up on missing or incomplete data to maintain up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a data entry or clerical role, preferably within the financial sector.Proficiency in financial software and data management tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and responding to inquiries.Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection regulations.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or a related field is an asset.
