Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Salem, New Hampshire. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with the collection and organization of specific data points from various sources. You will be reporting to the IT Director and working in close coordination with our Material Planner. Responsibilities: • Compiling specific data such as client names, project numbers, and material numbers from diverse spreadsheets. • Coordinating with Directors and Planners for data management and organization. • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and maintaining updated records. • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and organization tasks. • Managing email correspondence related to data entry tasks. • Organizing files and scanning documents as required. • Typing and inputting data with speed and accuracy.
