Description We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to become a part of our team in Compton, California. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in our Customer Service Department, primarily focusing on entering and organizing data. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity of information • Provide customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly • Effectively use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize files • Handle email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner • Utilize 10 Key Skills to perform calculations related to the job • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Maintain a high level of accuracy in customer credit records • Process customer credit applications efficiently • Stay organized by managing and maintaining files • Perform scanning and typing tasks as required.
