About the Data Entry Clerk role:
\nYou will handle data entry tasks, organize and manage data, and coordinate tasks based on established procedures.
\nThis role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing information.
\nThree shifts available (to discuss during interview, OT may be required):
First shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm CST
Mid shift: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
Second shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm CST
Responsibility Statements
\n\n Sign in and check emails to ensure there are no pending tasks assigned by the supervisor before starting the shift.\n Log in to the designated website and begin typing.\n Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before inputting it into the system.\n Organize and sort source documents for data entry.\n Perform regular quality checks to ensure data is error-free and matches original records.\n Update and maintain databases or spreadsheets with current information as required.\n Regularly monitor chats in \"Teams\" to stay updated on task assignments and accommodate any changes as needed.\n Generate and share reports based on entered data when requested by the supervisor.\n Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within established deadlines while maintaining accuracy.\n Follow confidentiality and data security guidelines at all times.\n\n\n
Requirements
\nWe’re looking for individuals with strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
\n\n Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.\n 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment.\n Possess analytical skills and the ability to perform data analysis.\n Proactive self-starter who takes initiative.\n Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.\n Proficient with computers and technology.\n Mandatory training program lasting 2 months, 2 weeks in each task (paid)\n Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or higher education degree.\n Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.\n Eligibility to pass a background check, potentially including employment and education verification, and a Drug Test\n Must be 18 years of age or older.\n Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.\n Ability to communicate effectively through virtual platforms (e.g., email, video calls, and chat).\n Strong self-discipline and the ability to stay focused while working independently.\n Experience with remote work tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.) is a plus.\n Availability to attend virtual meetings during designated work hours.\n Weekend availability is required, specifically Saturday and Sunday.:\n Must pass an internet speed test:\n \n Download equal to or greater than 25\n Upload equal to or greater than 5 \n Ping ms equal to or less than 175\n \n Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router \n Live in one of the following states:\n \n AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY \n \n We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies:\n \n States: AK, CA, CT, HI, MA, IL, MT & NY \n Metro Areas: MN – Minneapolis, IL – Chicago, NY – New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC\n \n \n \n\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 an hour.
