Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a one-month temporary assignment for our client in Latham, NY. The role involves analyzing customer information from aCRM system, creating and managing Excel spreadsheets, and supporting internal communications with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze and organize customer data from the CRM system.
+ Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to compile and report customer data for review by the Vice President.
+ Review emails to determine the reasons customers transitioned to competitors and document contract completion statuses.
+ Enter and update customer data into Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
+ Research and locate former client information for data entry and reporting purposes.
+ Assist in identifying patterns or insights related to customer retention and churn.
Requirements
Requirements
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets, formatting, and data analysis.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Ability to review and analyze email communications effectively.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines within the 1-month timeframe.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
