Job Title: $20/hr Data Entry Specialist 4 Week Contract Starts ASAP!!
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering incidents into our cloud-based system, ensuring data accuracy, and verifying the implementation of policies. This role requires familiarity with data entry processes and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Responsibilities
+ Complete UKG training, which may take 1-2 days depending on work schedule.
+ Enter a specified number of incidents into UKG once the 'go live' date is determined.
+ Transfer all incidents from AOD to UKG up until the 'go live' date, ensuring they are accurately captured from that day forward.
+ Verify the correct implementation of policies after all old incidents have been added to the system.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry
+ Clerical skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
+ Comfortable with typing and handling data
+ Ability to learn and adapt to new cloud-based systems quickly
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a similar data entry role is preferred
Work Environment
This role is based onsite with hours 8am - 5pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
