Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in McKinney, Texas. This role is within the industry and requires a person to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data. The position involves processing customer information, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurate transcription of data • Efficiently entering charge amounts • Inputting data from SmartSheets into the company portal • Managing heavy data entry tasks • Allocating dispute numbers accurately • Assisting with a data entry project to help the team get caught up on work • Ensuring customer service quality while resolving inquiries • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry tasks • Maintaining accurate customer records through proficient typing skills. Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed. • Experience in customer service, demonstrating good interpersonal and communication skills. • Demonstrable experience in data entry, with attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. • Familiarity with office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and scanners.
