Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry. The position is located in Boulder, Colorado, and provides a hybrid work environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our customer service standards and ensuring seamless order processing. Responsibilities: • Accurately process eCommerce orders through NetSuite • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through written correspondence • Efficiently manage customer accounts and necessary follow-up actions • Ensure coding accuracy in data entry tasks • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and communication • Handle customer service more focused on online platforms rather than call center interactions • Manage order fulfillment and purchase orders effectively • Uphold high standards of written communication for formal emails and other correspondences.
