Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in the construction industry based in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will be expected to manage customer applications, maintain comprehensive customer records, and address customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and implementing necessary actions, performing data entry for the finance department as needed. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications • Keeping comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions • Utilizing 10 Key Skills for data entry and other tasks • Providing high-quality customer service • Effectively managing email correspondence • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and correspondence • Organizing files and documents for easy access and retrieval • Performing calculations, scanning, and typing as needed.
