Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in Sanford, Florida. You will play a crucial role in supporting the construction industry through your excellent data management skills. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, entering invoices into the system, maintaining accurate customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts to take appropriate actions as needed. Responsibilities: • Input both alphabetic and numeric information into databases and software programs accurately and efficiently • Verify and correct recording and data entry errors and report them to supervisors as needed • Maintain operational records and logs of activities and work completed • Adhere to organizational processes to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality • Establish entry priorities by following organizational processes or conferring with team leadership • Verify customer/Vendor and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, recovering, or reentering data • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential • Seek ways to improve data collection processes, including the design of forms and templates • Operate office equipment as needed to assist in data entry operations • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is required. • High School diploma is needed. • Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
