Data Entry Clerk
Description Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Data Entry Clerk who is responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Data Input: Enter data from various sources into our company systems accurately and efficiently. Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary. Database Management: Update and maintain company databases, ensuring all records are current and organized. Documentation: Prepare and file reports, logs, and related documents to support business operations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Communication: Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in data management is a plus. 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
