Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States. As a Data Entry Clerk, your main role will be to manage customer profiles, liaise with different departments, and ensure the accuracy of the profiles. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the accurate matching and merging of customer profiles. • Take initiative in escalating issues to the relevant parties as needed. • Work collaboratively with various internal departments to secure necessary connections for profile completion. • Carry out detailed analysis and audits on profiles to guarantee their accuracy. • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts. • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors in data. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain and manage a large volume of data. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in relevant fields preferred. • Prior experience in a data entry role or similar position is desirable.
