Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Brecksville, Ohio. The selected individual will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities revolving around data entry and customer service in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. • Maintain precise records of customer credit. • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status. • Key in data into our proprietary system from both physical and digital documents. • Achieve a data entry goal of 250 forms per day after an initial two-week period. • Adhere to standard work hours, with potential for overtime based on workflow and volume. • Ensure a minimum of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 97% accuracy. • Input alphanumeric data as part of daily tasks. • Perform additional data entry tasks as needed.
