Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry. The position is located in Odessa, Texas, United States and requires a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Reconcile tickets to ensure data entry accuracy • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks • Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10 Key Skills Requirements • Possess strong 10 Key Skills, demonstrating speed and accuracy in data input • Proven experience in Data Entry, with an ability to handle high volumes of data • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and pivot tables • Knowledge and understanding of the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
