Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to be a part of our team. The role revolves around managing data, primarily through Excel, and ensuring its accuracy. This position is based in Delphos, Ohio, 45833 and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Conduct data administration tasks predominantly using Excel. • Review ship history, ASN's, and material planning. • Ensure data accuracy before it is forwarded to the managers. • Assist in tracking and organizing orders and ensuring reported numbers are correct. • Liaise with material planners and managers to ensure smooth operations. • Utilize your knowledge of SAP to contribute to the operations, • Maintain a high level of organization and keep up with the pace of work. • Take on the responsibility of managing customer accounts and taking necessary actions. • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate customer credit records.
