\n\t\t\t\t\tWill be working on the Gene Haas foundation for the F1 project. This is a community service project that is international that focuses around the grants that are given out to communities and schools.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n•\tKeeps track of received data and source documents.\n•\tCommunicates issues and or problems as they are found. \n•\tWorks with Purchasing on PO and packing slip error’s.\n•\tPrepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.\n•\tContacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.\n•\tEnters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.\n•\tCompares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.\n•\tMakes necessary corrections to information entered.\n•\tCompiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.\n•\tKeeps record of work completed.\n•\tReviews error reports and enters corrections into computer.\n•\tTransmits entered information into database.\n•\tFiles or routes source documents after entry.\n•\tResponds to inquiries regarding entered data.\n•\tEmployees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc. Additionally, there are high value items that require proper care and protection.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
