Description Robert Half is offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry, based in Clermont, Kentucky. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be instrumental in running reports, calculating payments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also play a key role in supporting various clerical projects in our department. The hours for the Data Entry Clerk are hybrid, Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. Responsibilities: • Accurately process incoming payments from customers • Running reports in Excel and SAP • Assist with various clerical projects within the department • Enter data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and database systems • Conduct scanning tasks as necessary • Maintain organized and accurate customer credit records • Handle administrative tasks including filing and faxing documents • Ensure the efficient and accurate entry of numerical data Requirements • Demonstrable knowledge in MS Excel • Proven math skills • Experience with running reports in Excel and ERP systems • Proficiency in numeric data entry • Experience working in ERP systems • Familiarity with scanning documents • Experience in filing and organizing documents TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
