**Description** The Data Entry Clerk will provide overall administrative support, data entry, and will organize and maintain general office files. This position is hybrid. **_Responsibilities:_** + Provide overall administrative support, including preparation of spreadsheets and documents as needed + Enter data into system effectively and accurately + Screen and prioritize all correspondence + Assist office with general tasks, scanning, office support and other projects as assigned + Organize and maintain office files + Miscellaneous other duties as needed **_Requirements:_** + High School diploma or equivalent + 10-key and data entry skills + Prioritize important tasks and follow up effectively + Strong work ethic + Superior communication skills - written and verbal + Detail orientated, organized with the ability to work independently to meet demanding deadlines + Ability to handle multiple tasks + Work efficiently in a fast paced environment + Excellent math aptitude + Solid computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook + Experience in handling multiple incoming phone calls Bunzl Seattle's salary range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location. **Who We Are** Bunzl is a leading supplier and distributor nationwide.
