Job Description As a Data Entry Clerk, you will: + Input, update, and verify financial and client data across the company’s systems with a high level of speed and accuracy. + Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and correct any discrepancies in a timely manner. + Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documentation for easy access and retrieval. + Collaborate with the operations, finance, and customer success teams to ensure data is accurate and supports seamless workflows. + Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly. + Identify areas for process improvement and suggest ways to enhance efficiency in data management.
