Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be functioning in the import/export industry, focusing on the accuracy and maintenance of service contracts data. Responsibilities: • Handle the data entry for service contracts and rate appendix formatting in an accurate and timely manner. • Rectify any errors identified during various stages of checking and approval, such as mandatory charge omissions. • Document and categorize all errors identified and corrected. • Facilitate the acquisition of necessary signatures. • Escalate unique or complex customer issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary. • Use 10 Key Skills, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for data entry and calculations. • Employ customer service skills to resolve customer inquiries. • Organize files and perform scanning tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is essential. • Must have excellent Customer Service abilities. • Experience in Data Entry is a prerequisite. • Must be adept at Email Correspondence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word is necessary. • Skill in Organizing Files is crucial. • Ability to Perform Calculations accurately is needed. • Proficiency in Scanning documents is imperative. • Typing skills are a must-have.
