Data Entry Clerk
Description A leading medical device manufacturer located in Warsaw, IN, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a 3-4 month contract position. This role will primarily support the company's transition to the new system, with a focus on data entry, accuracy, and organization of critical control plan information. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: + Perform heavy data entry to migrate and input control plan data into the 1Factory system accurately and efficiently. + Cross-reference and verify input data against source documents to ensure consistency and precision. + Organize and manage datasets with a high level of accuracy, ensuring data aligns with operational and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with quality, engineering, and project teams to fulfill data entry needs for the system transition. + Track progress on data entry tasks and flag potential discrepancies or inconsistencies. + Follow outlined procedures for data integrity and document control. Requirements Qualifications: + Entry-level position; 0-2 years of professional experience in data entry or administrative roles. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, sorting, and data organization. + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex datasets. + Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines. + Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required). Skills and Characteristics: + Strong organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high focus. + A collaborative mindset to work efficiently within a cross-functional team. + Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with colleagues. Preferred Experience (Not Required): + Familiarity with quality systems or medical device industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations). + Exposure to data entry for system implementations or transitions.
