Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk based in Matthews, North Carolina. In this role, you will be handling data management, focusing on maintaining and optimizing our database. This position plays a crucial role in our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry and reporting. Responsibilities: • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the organization's donor and program database • Optimizing the database to support fundraising, development committee, and executive leadership • Handling data entry tasks with precision and diligence • Regularly conducting audits and clean-up processes to maintain data integrity • Tracking and processing donations, pledges, and acknowledgments • Communicating effectively with the Finance department regarding database management and troubleshooting • Adhering to established data policies and procedures • Utilizing various data management tools including Microsoft Excel and Word, and Salesforce platform for effective data management • Providing excellent customer service and handling email correspondence efficiently • Organizing files and performing calculations as necessary.
