Responsibilities: + Efficiently scan claims documents into our database. + Review and verify information captured by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. + Make precise adjustments or corrections to information in the system as needed. + Maintain high levels of data accuracy and consistency. + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims. + Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements + Strong Data Entry Skills: Proven history of high typing speed and exceptional accuracy. + Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies or errors in data quickly and address them effectively. + Highly Motivated: Dependable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up every day. + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with OCR software and data processing systems is a plus. + Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. + Experience working in office or administrative roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is a bonus.
