Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Leesburg, Virginia. This role involves a high level of attention to detail and accurately entering data, managing customer records, and handling customer queries. If you are looking for a company to grow within this is the role for you. You will be working Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. This is an immediate start. Responsibilities: • Accurately inputting data from various sources into the client’s database systems • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes • Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Provide customer service through email correspondence when needed • Organize files and customer records in a systematic manner • Collaborate with other team members, including three full-time analysts, on a large-scale project • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. • Following detailed instructions to ensure data entry accuracy • Participating in training sessions to ensure user-friendly data entry • Ensuring attention to detail in all data entry tasks. Requirements • At least one year of administrative experience • Strong customer service skills • Can work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with technology and willingness to learning new software • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience in organizing files • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Need to be able to lift 15 pounds if needed • to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools • High level of reliability and punctuality.
