Description We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk IV to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be tasked with operating data entry devices to input records into an electronic format. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently inputting lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format using a data entry device. • Utilizing your knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the data entry field. • Working under supervision, adhering to instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. • Not typically required to exercise independent judgment but may need to in certain situations. • Reporting to a supervisor or manager as part of your role. • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is mandatory, with the ability to enter and update information accurately. • Familiarity with standard Procedures in data management, including confidentiality rules and document control procedures. • Experience in Supervising is required, with the capacity to oversee the work of entry level data entry clerks and ensure data integrity. • Adherence to best Practices in data entry and management, including ensuring data accuracy and minimizing errors. • Capability to exercise Independent Judgment, particularly when identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or inaccuracies. • Proficiency in handling data in Electronic Format, with the ability to navigate databases, spreadsheets, and other digital data tools.
