IMMEDIATE DATA ENTRY/MAIL CLERK, START NEXT WEEK OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST LEGAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM BROOKLYN, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE) $16.50/HR - OVERTIME RATE: $24.75/HR Qualifications: + 2 years of office experience + Microsoft office proficient + Type 35 WPM Responsibilities: + Handles inbound processing and assists with the production of outbound mailing services. + Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution. + Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information. + Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of info before it is entered. + Secures information by completing database backups. + Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
